Work at Corvus
Corvus provides team members with the opportunity to grow their careers in an environment that prides innovation, communication, and the exchange of ideas. Our leadership places a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance and has confidence in the autonomous capabilities of our Corvid team members.
About Corvus Insurance
Unlike the traditional approach to insurance, Corvus does more than just insure risks — it actively helps policyholders anticipate and prevent them. In line with this forward thinking approach, Corvus attracts innovative underwriters, brokers, and policyholders. Corvus aims to be the best partner for predicting, pricing, and preventing cyber risk over the long term. Corvus differentiates itself from competitors along three primary vectors: people, data, and technology.
Our mission and vision
The Corvus mission is to make the world safer from cyber threats. Every day we help organizations to reduce their risk through expert insights, recommendations, and threat alerts. Corvus employees are also given support to help make their own worlds — however, they define them — safer through volunteer and philanthropic initiatives.

We are headquartered in Boston, MA, but also have offices in London, England and Frankfurt, Germany. We also have we-work locations in other US cities with high concentrations of employees. However, most of our Corvids are fully remote across the US.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience is important to us, regardless of the outcome of the role. We try to be as transparent as possible through all of our interactions and provide updates/next steps as quickly as we can. In any case, all applicants are notified of the final outcome of their application.
A typical interview process with Corvus looks like this:
-
A conversational phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
-
A video interview with the hiring manager for the role.
-
Depending on the level of the role, one or several more interviews with key stakeholders may follow. We value your time and try to keep the total number of interviews low. We make scheduling as convenient/flexible as possible. Some roles may include a case study/ presentation.
Our People Operations team has developed what we call ‘Flight Paths’ to define internal mobility for our Corvids. Each position/department has a specific flight path to map out the different routes one could take dependent on interest and skill. See our employee testimonials above for a great example of how you can grow with Corvus!
