Now In Flight: Corvus and eProvenance Team Up to Bring Monitoring and Insurance Coverage to Wineries

eProvenance solutions use innovative, patented technology to deliver insights on transport and storage practices to help clients make better business decisions and assure the quality of their goods.

eProvenance: Enhanced Monitoring and Analyzation of Sensitive & Perishable Cargo

[LOGOS] eProvenance & Corvus Insurance

Today we are excited to announce our partnership with eProvenance, a leader in solutions to monitor and analyze shipment conditions of sensitive and perishable cargo. With this partnership, we are offering Smart Cargo + Cyber™ policyholders an option for additional monitoring services that will help them to improve the quality and consistency of shipments of wine and other sensitive goods, as well as enhanced coverage.

eProvenance solutions use innovative, patented technology to deliver insights on transport and storage practices to help clients make better business decisions and assure the quality of their goods. Central to the solution is the eProvenance Score, which clearly validates if you are taking great care of your wine shipments and your channel is delivering on your quality promise or indicates the extent of shipment damage (if any).

Delivering Value Beyond Coverage

Corvus's Smart Cargo + CyberTM policies are used by wineries and other beverage companies across the U.S., providing them with the industry's broadest coverage including a first-of-its-kind affirmative cyber coverage endorsement. With this partnership we offer enhanced coverage based on the eProvenance Score, and policyholders get an integrated partner for monitoring services, including the use of proprietary sensors for tracking the temperature of shipments, a Customer Care Team to handle sensor shipment and collection, and an online dashboard for viewing reports and analysis.

As with all Corvus policies, brokers and policyholders working with Smart Cargo + Cyber get a detailed Dynamic Loss Prevention (DLP) Report, which includes AI-driven data Corvus gathers on cargo risk and cyber risk. DLP Reports are provided at the start of the policy and at regular intervals during the policy term. Between the Corvus DLP, the eProvenance Score, and ongoing monitoring from both companies covering cyber risk and per-shipment temperature data, wineries and beverage distributors are equipped with an unprecedented view of their overall risk.

We've long been impressed with the expertise and accomplishments at eProvenance, and are pleased to be partnering with a company that shares our dedication to delivering value by making new sources of data actionable for customers.
